1. Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to Leadflow CRM ("Leadflow", "Platform", "We", "Us", or "Our"), operated by Rahul Sharma, located at Plot 44, Sector 19, Kharghar, Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra 410210, India.

By creating an account, accessing our dashboard at leadflow.jrdizital.com, connecting Facebook Lead Ads, or subscribing to our paid plans, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms") and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, do not access or use Leadflow CRM.

2. Description of SaaS Services

Leadflow CRM provides real estate agencies, brokers, developers, and sales professionals with automated lead management infrastructure:

• Real-time webhook ingestion from Meta (Facebook & Instagram Lead Gen Forms).
• Automated lead capture from real estate portals (Housing.com, 99acres, Magicbricks, NoBroker) and Google Ads Lead Forms.
• Lead distribution via outbound webhooks to external CRM systems.
• Automated email alert notifications dispatched via tenant-configured SMTP credentials.
• Multi-tenant isolated workspace with CSV and JSON data export capabilities.

3. User Accounts & Responsibilities

• Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
• Truthful Information: You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete registration details including company name, phone number, and business email.
• Acceptable Use: You agree not to use Leadflow CRM for any unlawful purpose, spamming, sending unauthorized unsolicited emails, or distributing malicious payloads.

4. Subscription Pricing & Payment Terms (Cashfree)

Leadflow CRM offers monthly and annual subscription plans as outlined on our pricing page.

• Payment Gateway: All payments are processed through Cashfree Payments India Private Limited. By selecting a subscription plan, you authorize Cashfree to debit your chosen payment method (Credit/Debit Card, Netbanking, UPI, Wallets).
• Currency & Pricing: All fees are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR ₹) or US Dollars (USD $) depending on your region. Applicable taxes (GST) will be calculated at checkout where applicable.
• Automatic Renewal: Recurring subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle unless cancelled prior to the renewal date.
• Refunds: Subscription cancellations and refund requests are governed by our Cancellation & Refund Policy.

5. Meta Integration & Third-Party Platforms

Leadflow CRM connects to third-party services, primarily Meta (Facebook Lead Ads API). You acknowledge and agree that:

• You own or have official management permissions for the Facebook Pages and Lead Gen Forms connected to Leadflow.
• You must comply with Meta's Advertising Policies and Terms of Service.
• Leadflow CRM is not responsible for Facebook ad account suspensions, API rate limits imposed by Meta, or ad campaign performance.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

The Leadflow CRM platform, source code, database architecture, design system, graphics, and brand trademarks belong exclusively to Rahul Sharma. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access and use the Service during your active subscription.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Indian law, Leadflow CRM and Rahul Sharma shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues resulting from:

• Downtime or interruption of Facebook Graph API or third-party webhooks.
• SMTP mail delivery delays or spam folder placement caused by recipient mail server policies.
• Unauthorized access to account credentials resulting from user negligence.

8. Governing Law & Dispute Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the **Republic of India**.

Any legal disputes, actions, or proceedings arising out of or relating to these Terms or the use of Leadflow CRM shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in **Navi Mumbai / Thane / Mumbai, Maharashtra, India**.
